About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create user flows, wireframes, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and interface specifications.
- Conduct usability testing and qualitative interviews, and administer surveys.
- Translate strategic direction into tangible product deliverables.
- Keep the Design System up to date and document design decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the client's technology modernization initiative by helping replace legacy infrastructure with a modern ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in UX Design at the mid-level.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Hands-on experience creating user flows, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience conducting usability tests and basic user research.
- Understanding of Design Systems and digital accessibility (WCAG).
- Preferred qualifications: experience with complex or B2B digital products; basic knowledge of product metrics; familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS); ability to work effectively in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); proficiency in prompt engineering; experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or Figma's native tools; experience with AI-assisted design.
