Key responsibilities & impact

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve production incidents, ensuring application stability and reliability.
  • Contribute to code reviews and promote best practices related to quality, testing, maintainability, and security.
  • Optimize performance and user experience through monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience developing modern web applications using React.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with client-side routing, API integration, and data consumption strategies.
  • Knowledge of state management and modern React development practices.
  • Experience implementing automated tests, including unit and integration tests.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
  • Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to write clean, organized, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Advanced/proficient English for verbal and written communication, including active participation in meetings, technical discussions, documentation, and interaction with global teams.
  • Experience working on banking or financial-sector projects.
  • Experience with high-criticality, large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring and performance analysis in production environments.
  • Experience working on globally distributed teams.
