About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Tech Leader in the technical design of the MCP solution.
- Support the solution’s integrations with corporate systems and services.
- Contribute to implementing the solution in accordance with the bank’s context.
- Support the development of services using Python.
- Work on REST/HTTP API integrations with MCP servers and tools.
- Support implementations related to authentication, authorization, and session management for business customers.
- Contribute to controlling and limiting data access.
- Participate in code reviews and testing.
- Support CI and observability processes.
- Work with AI-assisted engineering, performing human validation of generated solutions.
- Reuse existing components while adhering to the standards established by the bank.
- Support the prioritization of a short-term MVP.
- Support the negotiation of technical dependencies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of Python service architecture.
- Knowledge of Python for backend service development.
- Knowledge of REST/HTTP API integration.
- Knowledge of MCP, MCP servers, and tools.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and session management.
- Knowledge of data access control for authenticated users.
- Knowledge of code reviews and testing.
- Knowledge of CI and observability.
- Knowledge of or experience with AI-assisted engineering, including human validation.
- Ability to work with existing components while adhering to corporate standards.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — a plus.
- Previous experience with corporate integrations — a plus.
- Experience in banking environments — a plus.
- Experience developing solutions using AI assistance — a plus.
- Knowledge of service architectures and corporate integrations — a plus.
