About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the daily verification and ongoing monitoring of the company’s time entries and operational data
- Support and streamline FP&A and controllership routines by applying statistical and logical reasoning to budget projections, variance analyses (P&L/Cash Flow), and financial modeling
- Actively monitor and coordinate with teams across all operational areas to ensure the accuracy of recorded information
- Support system access management and contribute to the preparation of concise monitoring reports and updates for leadership
- Help collect and consolidate operational data that directly impacts the measurement of the company’s financial margin
- Maintain ongoing alignment with FP&A and Controllership leadership to support and execute the department’s routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of or interest in time-tracking and project management tools
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to support in-depth data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees across different departments
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
