About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take a strategic approach to client needs, focusing on service delivery and managing deliverables from operations teams
- Lead regular meetings with internal teams and clients, translating the strategic plan into tactical actions and breaking it down into activities
- Collaborate with technical professionals to ensure the proper flow of information
- Ensure the quality of delivered materials and results, maximizing client satisfaction
- Provide clients with strategic insights based on their business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in media and project management, with a focus on performance
- Experience managing projects and multiple accounts
- Experience preparing reports for global stakeholders
- Advanced/fluent English – mandatory for this position
