About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop end-to-end strategic offline media plans, ensuring alignment with the brands’ business and communication objectives
  • Lead commercial negotiations and media buying with media outlets and partners, seeking maximum efficiency and budget optimization
  • Develop media plans for TV, radio, OOH, DOOH, print, and cinema
  • Calculate and analyze reach, frequency, and affinity metrics
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance using GRP, TRP, CPP, CPM, reach, and share of voice
  • Extract and analyze audience and consumer behavior data using Kantar IBOPE Media, TGI, Monitor Evolution, and Comscore
  • Evaluate post-campaign performance, including checking and post-buy activities, as well as the overall performance of offline campaigns
  • Prepare performance reports and improvement recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strategic offline media planning aligned with business and communication objectives
  • Experience negotiating and buying media with media outlets and partners
  • Knowledge of broadcast TV, pay TV, radio, OOH (Out of Home), DOOH, newspapers, magazines, and cinema
  • Ability to develop and analyze media plans considering reach, frequency, affinity, and investment optimization
  • Proficiency in GRP, TRP, CPP, CPM, reach, frequency, coverage, share of voice, and affinity
  • Experience with Kantar IBOPE Media, TGI, Monitor Evolution, and Comscore, where applicable
  • Ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
