About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate the strategic needs of business areas into clear profiles and effective recruitment processes
- Manage end-to-end Talent Attraction processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience
- Act as a consultant to leaders, supporting decision-making and aligning expectations
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring decisions
- Ensure a consistent recruitment experience aligned with GHFLY’s Culture Code
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to hire, funnel performance, and SLA adherence, and propose continuous improvements
- Support Employer Branding and proactive talent attraction initiatives
- Use data, technology, AI, and automation to improve process efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Talent Attraction Analyst, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment processes
- Analytical, collaborative, and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and partnering with leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience recruiting for Tech roles
