About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the full process of Supply Chain Health Assessments and other assessment data
- Support assessment creation and delivery for Sales
- Apply ERP and supply chain data knowledge to answer industry, ERP, and data-specific questions
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert across Enterprise Business Intelligence, Product, Development, Sales, and Solution Engineering
- Improve assessment tools, processes, and client-facing presentations
- Design and streamline internal reporting for presales activities
- Review data profiles and create client-specific assessments to improve presales effectiveness
- Maintain current knowledge of industry, regulatory, and product trends
- Partner with Product leadership on assessment-tool roadmaps and new data and analytics capabilities
- Independently prioritize competing requests across Sales, Product, and Development
- Resolve complex or ambiguous data issues and escalate to leadership as needed
- Report to the VP, Solution Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a technical field and/or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, technical Product Management, Sales, and/or Engineering
- 3+ years of Supply Chain experience, or Supply Chain experience with an MBA or other advanced degree in a related field
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
- Willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted tools
- Experience with ERP and/or EMR systems
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to format and analyze large data sets
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer organizations
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and supply chain data
- Knowledge of key industry and business processes
- Professional written communication skills for emails, RFPs, and reports
- Ability to speak publicly in large and high-visibility forums
- Exceptional business acumen and presentation skills
