About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate and maintain customer relationships within the assigned account base
Create tasks impacting service design, success, future concepts, products, and innovations
Provide phone, email, and onsite support for customers and GHX coworkers regarding escalations and product issues
Host ongoing webinars and trainings for Managed Services customers and internal teams
Develop campaigns to re-engage customers and increase customer KPIs
Provide clear instructions to customer care analysts for project work
Lead implementation of managed services solutions for new customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project kickoffs
Manage projects and meetings while adhering to deadlines
Create and use presentation materials for onsite or WebEx customer meetings
Mentor team members and refine processes and resource materials
Develop knowledge of customer environments and GHX products to solve complex problems and foster innovation
Work with CSM, ESE, Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities
Oversee all phases of the implementation process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of relatable healthcare experience
Internet savvy and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Salesforce knowledge or a relatable CRM tool
Webinar and training experience
Experience with project management, customer success, training and/or customer service
Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work with little direction or guidance on projects and tasks
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels
Experience working in a team-oriented environment as a lead resource
Strong accountability and integrity due to sensitive nature of information
Able/willing to work 8am-5pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday-Friday
Travel may be required, approximately 20%
