About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to account growth by acquiring new business in the healthcare sector
  • Identify clients and understand their recruitment needs and projects
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize recruitment service agreements
  • Identify and approach physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare management professionals
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining client needs to candidate onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong focus on permanent and temporary placements
  • Strong expertise in business development and client relationship management
  • Excellent command of sourcing tools, including CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare professions
