About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and capitalize on clients’ recruitment needs
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, including job ad writing, posting, and interviews
- Source, assess, and build lasting relationships with a pool of qualified talent
- Proactively present candidate CVs to clients and prospects
- Monitor assignments, onboarding, and client satisfaction
- Manage and track training records and required certifications/authorizations
- Advise candidates in finding the most suitable assignment
- Identify qualified talent for technical projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruitment or staffing agency work
- Knowledge of the nuclear industry is essential
- Strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Interest in technical and operational roles
