Quality Inspector

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with in-process quality control, focusing on product coming off the personalization lines
- Continuously audit work areas to identify acceptable and rejected product within the process
- Advise production supervisors of observed non-conformities
- Maintain lot-control traceability documentation during the personalization process
- Use quality-control equipment to measure product quality
- Perform related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing setting
- Willingness to spend 75% of the workday standing or walking
- Eyesight correctable to 20/20 for visual inspection
- Normal color perception
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate records
- Ability to focus and perform precision hand movements when operating a machine
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work around machinery
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Ability to reason through problems involving setup and operation
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals
- Ability to perform accurate data entry
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
