About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the R&D AI strategy definition and operation
- Design and implement AI use cases and agent orchestration for embedded software developments
- Analyze AI solution results and identify root causes of failures
- Work with development teams to promote and increase the value of AI solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Maintain AI solution documentation
- Generate dynamic KPIs and reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with software developers, system architects, and product owners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in AI solutions and agent orchestration
- Strong knowledge of large language models and cloud AI architectures
- Experience in Java full stack development
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python and C/C++
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Desirable: experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
- Desirable: experience with project tracking and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Desirable: experience with artifact dependency management tools such as Nexus
- Desirable: experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins
