About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Orchestrate end-to-end channel strategy across marketing to drive launch success
  • Own program-level budget allocation across marketing investments
  • Execute, test, measure, and optimize campaigns and tactics in real time
  • Partner with sales and account teams to create clinical collateral, campaign assets, and detailing tools for prescribers
  • Design patient onboarding pathways and engagement strategies that support treatment initiation and adherence
  • Build go-to-market plans for new patient services
  • Extend prescriber-facing programs and enablement materials into new therapeutic areas
  • Partner with business development and clinical teams to onboard brand drug programs onto Gifthealth's direct-to-patient platform
  • Coordinate Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Medical Affairs for regulatory readiness and operational alignment
  • Build and maintain messaging hierarchies for clinicians and patients
  • Define and report GTM KPIs, including prescriber acquisition, script volume growth, patient retention and adherence, cost to acquire, and channel spend efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercialization, or marketing operations
  • Direct ownership of channel strategy and budget
  • Demonstrated ability to make and defend program-level investment decisions across marketing channels
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and clinical or medical stakeholders
  • Ability to create messaging hierarchies for clinicians and patients
  • Experience influencing clinical B2B stakeholders and consumer-facing patient audiences within the same GTM motion
  • Working understanding of the specialty medication lifecycle, provider workflow integration, e-prescribing, EHRs, prior authorization hurdles, and patient adherence challenges
  • Ability to use channel performance data to guide optimization and investment decisions
  • Must be able to work effectively in a remote/home-office environment with reliable internet access
  • Must be able to work at a computer and participate in extended virtual meetings for most of the workday
  • Must be able to travel occasionally as needed
  • Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Preferred: Healthcare or life sciences marketing experience, particularly in patient access or specialty pharma environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the prescription journey, including patient support programs and adherence-focused marketing
  • Preferred: Agency and vendor management experience across creative, media, and analytics partners
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting a product or platform launch from planning through post-launch optimization
