Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute supply plans for commercial small molecule and biologics products
Partner with regional commercial supply chain leads to incorporate demand planning trends, market dynamics, and promotional activities into global supply plans
Use SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to build, monitor, and scenario-test supply plans
Manage demand changes, supply constraints, expiry risk, shelf-life trade-offs, production timing, inventory positioning, and allocation decisions
Align production schedules and batch strategies with internal and external manufacturing sites
Optimize global inventory positioning and support allocation decisions in constrained supply scenarios
Partner with Commercial Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams
Maintain visibility into supply status, risks, and escalations across regional markets
Support change management initiatives resulting from commercial or regulatory changes
Track and report supply planning metrics, inventory levels, and service performance
Provide updates and escalations to leadership and stakeholders
Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams as a people leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Master's Degree and Six Years' Experience OR PhD / PharmD and Two Years' Experience
6+ years’ experience in supply planning or related roles within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical commercial supply chains
Proven experience partnering with regional commercial supply chain leads to incorporate demand planning insights into supply plans
Strong experience with SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply planning tools
Knowledge of commercial supply chain dynamics in small molecule and/or biologics product sectors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand data and translate into executable supply plans
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a global, matrixed environment
Up to 10% of travel, including engagement with regional teams, manufacturing sites, and commercial partners
