About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Core platform roadmap covering SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC, notifications, audit logs, billing, AWS and GCP Marketplace, GGBridge, and related capabilities
Own the Self-Hosted roadmap covering deployment, upgrades, version support and parity with SaaS
Lead discovery with enterprise DevOps, Security, AppSec and Platform/SRE stakeholders
Convert field feedback and Sales/CSM escalations into product decisions
Resolve platform gaps constraining enterprise accounts and accelerate revenue
Drive self-hosted version adoption and upgrade success for air-gapped and highly controlled environments
Define and track platform health and adoption metrics
Prioritize enterprise commitments, operational/run load and platform technical debt
Partner with Engineering and Platform/SRE on architecture-level decisions
Work across Engineering, Platform/SRE, Sales and CSM teams
Use agentic tools across the product workflow

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Product Management experience
Significant experience in B2B SaaS Product Management on genuinely complex, technical products, ideally including deployment, installation or adoption topics
Proven experience working with enterprise customers, including complex environments, security requirements, multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Comfortable leading discovery directly with DevOps, Security, AppSec or Platform/SRE stakeholders
Able to read an API contract, logs or a technical configuration unaided
Able to hold credible technical conversations with Engineering, Platform or SRE teams without an intermediary
2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or in a DevOps, Infrastructure or Self-Hosted product environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize between enterprise commitments, operational/run load and platform technical debt
Comfortable defining product success metrics, reading dashboards and funnels, and using quantitative and qualitative signals
Experience using AI/agentic tools to augment or automate workflow
Ownership, autonomy and business judgment
Fluent English
Previous startup or scale-up experience is advantageous but not required
Fluency in French is advantageous but not required
