Requirements

What you’ll need

Track record of effectively leading technical initiatives and collaborating with multiple teams in an organization of at least one hundred people
Strong background in fostering cross-functional skills across engineering teams
Fluency in English
Expert Python skills with solid experience in Django and large monolithic codebases
Experience transitioning large monolithic codebases to modular architectures
Led several initiatives around performance optimization and scalability challenges
Expert in web application development, Unix/Linux environments, and distributed and parallel systems
Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Expert-level knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working in security-focused environments
Experience with companies adhering to SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO certifications
Plain text search at scale, graph databases, developer tools, security products, and conference or meet-up speaking are advantageous but not required
