About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and process the operational aspects of a portfolio of white label loans and debt transactions
  • Serve as a primary operational contact for borrowers, lenders, and clients
  • Support transactions from onboarding and closing through ongoing administration and final maturity
  • Support execution of primary and secondary loan market trades
  • Coordinate trade settlement with counterparties, operations, and settlement teams
  • Review trade documentation, assignment agreements, and participation agreements
  • Input trades into the Solvas loan platform and ensure data integrity
  • Use the ClearPar trading platform and Excel-based reporting tools
  • Assist with weekly MIS reports
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from the trading team and senior management
  • Handle audit requests accurately and promptly
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct due diligence regarding potential fraud, money laundering, and financial and reputational risks
  • Escalate relevant matters to the Team Leader and/or Managers
  • Train with Senior Client Services team members on workflows, processes, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Self-motivation and effective time management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities while balancing competing demands and deadlines
