About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on entity management
  • Administer corporate clients in various jurisdictions
  • Support the entity management team in meeting clients’ regulatory reporting and compliance obligations
  • Prepare secretarial documents for corporate actions and necessary filings with relevant authorities or registered agents
  • Prepare management accounts for corporate clients according to agreed timelines and requirements
  • Prepare and file tax returns with IRAS, including quarterly GST and annual corporate tax returns
  • Administer payroll, including preparing payroll reports, submitting CPF contributions and annual employment income reports to IRAS, and disbursing payroll
  • Liaise with auditors on statutory audits
  • Collaborate with team members to complete regulatory filings on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting or corporate secretarial experience
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with company secretarial functions and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
