Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience analyzing financial statements, credit data and risk indicators
  • Demonstrated success balancing risk management with commercial objectives
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to explain complex credit decisions and negotiate approval terms
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience conducting due diligence reviews for portfolio acquisitions, conversions or large-scale client onboarding initiatives (bonus)
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or guiding less experienced analysts (bonus)
  • Track record contributing to policy enhancements, process improvements or risk management initiatives (bonus)
