  • Partner across Data Governance Operations, Data Platform Engineering, Data Risk, Responsible AI and Continuous Compliance
  • Influence how data is managed and consumed across the enterprise
  • Help unlock innovation, improve decision-making and strengthen confidence in data supporting products, clients and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven leadership experience in data governance, data management, data quality or enterprise data strategy
  • Track record of building frameworks that improve trust, accountability and usability of data
  • Strong expertise in data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, data cataloging, business glossary development, data lineage and data quality management practices
  • Ability to translate complex data challenges into scalable enterprise standards and operating models
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives across technology, risk, compliance, analytics and business teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills
  • Experience establishing or scaling enterprise data trust, certification or data product programs within large, complex organizations is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, data governance for artificial intelligence and regulatory data management practices is a bonus
  • Experience developing trust metrics, executive reporting and governance maturity frameworks is a bonus
  • Must undergo a drug test if conditionally offered employment and working in the United States
