About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering for Global Payments for Platforms.
Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
Own the forecasting process end-to-end.
Establish processes and governance structures.
Research and compile data for annual and monthly budget projections.
Track monthly revenue and expenses, compare actuals to forecasts, and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare regular financial reports for leadership.
Analyze KPIs and OKRs for leadership.
Use advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and support data-driven decisions.
Provide insights into performance metrics and track progress against targets.
Assess and implement tools to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce manual effort.
Ensure tools integrate with the overall process.
Coordinate long-range planning and annual planning cycles.
Align planning activities with organizational objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
Revenue accounting experience.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
Must be able to work 3 days per week in the Cincinnati, OH or Denver, CO office.
