About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the MuleSoft platform strategy
Create scalable architecture patterns and runtime roadmaps
Own the performance, reliability, and security of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Drive improvements in platform health, availability, governance, and service outcomes
Lead modernization initiatives by evaluating integration capabilities and identifying optimization opportunities
Deliver transformation plans that reduce technical debt, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency
Lead architecture reviews and establish reusable frameworks and governance standards
Provide technical enablement to accelerate delivery quality and consistency
Establish enablement practices, mentor teams, and drive adoption of integration best practices
Shape the enterprise integration ecosystem supporting critical business capabilities and global commerce

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, or systems integration
Significant experience delivering MuleSoft solutions within complex enterprise environments
Proven success designing and governing large-scale API-led integration architectures
Deep expertise administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including platform governance, runtime management, security controls, observability, lifecycle management, and production operations
Ability to lead technical strategy, influence stakeholders, and translate architectural decisions into business value and actionable outcomes
Track record of driving platform maturity, modernization initiatives, operational improvements, and enterprise-wide adoption of integration standards and best practices
MuleSoft certifications are a bonus, including MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
Experience building or scaling a MuleSoft Center for Enablement (C4E) or integration center of excellence is a bonus
Experience in payments, financial services, or other highly regulated, high-availability environments is a bonus
If working in the United States, required to undergo a drug test after a conditional offer
