Key responsibilities & impact

Drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle using automated testing and continuous quality practices
Build and evolve scalable test automation frameworks
Increase regression coverage and improve testing efficiency
Accelerate continuous integration, deployment and delivery across complex applications
Shape performance, load, security and service virtualization testing strategies
Apply Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development and automation practices
Own quality outcomes for complex client initiatives
Partner with developers, business stakeholders and test teams to prioritize risk and strengthen test strategies
Deliver solutions that meet client and business expectations
Influence engineering quality standards and improve application testability, maintainability and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing, coding, software design or development
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
Strong experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks and test suites, including unit, component, API, functional, regression, performance and security testing
Hands-on knowledge of Java, Selenium, continuous integration technologies and modern testing tools
Experience integrating automated test suites into software delivery pipelines
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, TDD and BDD
Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or another relevant technical discipline is a bonus
8+ years of relevant experience is a bonus
Experience with continuous testing, service virtualization, payment security or PCI testing practices is a bonus
If working in the United States, must undergo a drug test after a conditional offer of employment
