About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives, including ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma
Perform complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation
Diagram and evaluate existing processes
Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams
Develop metrics for process measurement and identify future improvement opportunities
Use data query tools to perform data analytics, summarize performance data, and highlight trends
Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts
Collect data to identify root causes of problems
Measure performance against process requirements and align improvements to performance shortfalls
Consult on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
Lead re-engineering teams and act as project manager when needed
Communicate team progress
Perform cost-benefit analyses
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and services, business practices and processes
Highest-level understanding of the organization’s business systems and industry requirements
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
Basic knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, including waterfall and iterative approaches
Advanced knowledge of business process development, documentation, and re-engineering tools, techniques, and principles
Advanced proficiency in at least one process methodology, such as ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma
Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent training and presentation skills
Willingness to share relevant technical, process, and/or industry knowledge
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team building, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure successful completion
Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
Background in SaaS or payments is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus
If working in the United States, required to undergo a drug test after a conditional offer
