About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, debug issues, and support quality assurance activities
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Resolve technical challenges and ensure successful milestone completion
  • Evaluate and implement innovative technologies, tools, and processes
  • Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies and facilitate Agile ceremonies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and managers to manage dependencies and deliver project outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • At least three years of continuous U.S. residency due to a required IRS background check
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience building microservices with C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Azure services and architectures
  • 3+ years of experience in a Software Development Manager or similar technical leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing development teams
  • Strong understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Innovative mindset and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Must work three days per week in the Atlanta, Georgia or Cincinnati, Ohio office locations
