About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directly oversee, manage and develop the Infrastructure, Middleware and DevOps functions and capability
Support the operations, delivery, security and compliance needs of all environments and services offered
Work closely with Client Support, Product Development and shared service teams
Plan and schedule the team’s business-as-usual workload
Act as key point-of-contact for planning and delivery of client requirements
Understand the full tech stack and contribute to problem-solving, troubleshooting and planning
Act as escalation point for technical incidents and serve as Incident Commander when needed
Oversee timely, high-quality technical incident Root Cause Analyses and resulting actions
Integrate Service Management capabilities with Enterprise shared service teams
Interpret and plan adoption of Technology and Security standards
Manage risk through remediation plans
Introduce standards-based tooling, processes and practices for Infrastructure and software deployment
Participate in broader Enterprise-wide initiatives
Lead larger projects involving the team’s environments and services
Mentor, coach and develop direct team members
Direct priorities and oversee offshore and contract resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree, Relevant Experience or Degree in a related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
Typically a minimum of 8 years related professional experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a technology management position
Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement
If working in the United States, required to undergo a drug test after a conditional offer
