About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the Poland Admissions team, setting targets and driving performance
Own the end-to-end admissions process from application through enrolment
Monitor and improve application-to-offer and offer-to-enrolment conversion metrics
Manage application pipelines, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing and University Partnerships teams
Build relationships with university admissions teams and handle complex-case escalations
Ensure admissions processes meet university requirements and regulatory standards
Use CRM and performance data to identify trends and improve processes
Produce admissions performance reports and forecasts for senior management
Coach and develop the admissions team
Improve processes, systems and the overall student journey

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years' experience in international student admissions, student recruitment, higher education or a related field
Proven experience managing and developing a team
Strong understanding of the international student application and admissions journey
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing KPIs and conversion
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience using CRM/admissions systems and analysing pipeline data
Fluent English and Polish
Experience with the Polish higher education market is an advantage
