About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and document business and operating processes, including current-state mapping, target-state design and transition planning
- Support GF’s customer coverage approach by pairing customers with optimal sales and service models
- Support Sales in partner business reviews with performance insights, market and operational intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
- Identify process and system gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and improve efficiency
- Facilitate funnel and partner performance reviews by preparing analysis, framing decisions, capturing actions and driving them to closure
- Automate recurring reporting and manual commercial workflows using low-code and AI-assisted tools
- Prepare written summaries, process documentation and recommendations for senior commercial leadership
- Perform activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field from an accredited degree program
- Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and proven good academic standing
- English fluency (written and verbal)
- Preferred: prior related internship or co-op experience
- Preferred: demonstrated prior leadership experience
- Preferred: strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
- Preferred: project management skills
- Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: strong planning and organizational skills
- Preferred: detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to document complex process designs precisely
- Preferred: intellectual curiosity and willingness to investigate processes
- Preferred: ability to multitask and prioritize across workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Preferred: critical thinking skills for ambiguous cross-functional problems
- Preferred: exposure to process mapping and business analysis methods
- Preferred: familiarity with CRM concepts, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SQL or Python
