About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate role-based onboarding programs for new Account Managers, Field Application Engineers and Customer Business Managers, including scheduling, materials and milestone tracking
  • Support delivery of three Value-Added Partner training tracks, including curriculum assembly, regional pilot logistics, certification records and annual re-certification cycles
  • Maintain and organize commercial content library and partner-facing collateral by buyer stage, persona and partner tier
  • Administer the learning management system for internal and partner audiences, including enrollments, completion tracking, certification records and recurring reporting
  • Assemble and maintain enablement content for the partner web portal with Sales Operations and GF IT
  • Track seller and partner participation and completion against targets and prepare progress reporting for commercial leadership
  • Support the commercial and partner communications calendar, including newsletters, announcements, and launch and change-enablement kits
  • Support partner Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing materials, capturing decisions and actions, and tracking follow-through
  • Gather structured feedback from the field and partners and translate it into a prioritized improvement backlog
  • Perform all activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics or related field from an accredited degree program
  • Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and proven good academic standing
  • English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Prior related internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies preferred
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
  • Strong planning and organizational skills preferred
  • Experience creating training, instructional or explanatory materials for a non-expert audience preferred
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint, preferred
  • Interest in learning CRM and sales enablement platforms preferred
  • Interest in partner, channel or ecosystem business models preferred
  • Ability to coordinate content and delivery across stakeholder groups and keep programs on schedule preferred
