  • Maintain architecture and IP-reuse strategy across supported process nodes
  • Translate market trends and customer use cases into hardware, software, package, power, and reference-system requirements
  • Create platform families and derivative strategies using configuration, customer IP integration, chiplets, companion devices, and custom derivatives
  • Own product requirements, specifications, competitive positioning, pricing, business cases, lifecycle plans, and go/no-go recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional execution across architecture, silicon design, verification, physical design, DFT, package, test, validation, software, applications, operations, quality, finance, sales, and marketing
  • Drive launches from concept and approval through development, enablement, sampling, production release, customer ramp, and post-launch optimization
  • Build whole-product plans including virtual platforms, FPGA prototypes, evaluation systems, SDKs, Linux / RTOS enablement, drivers, toolchains, reference designs, documentation, training, and field collateral
  • Develop and manage processor, IP, EDA, OS, middleware, toolchain, design services, board, distributor, and application-domain partner ecosystems
  • Establish executive relationships with strategic customers and partners; lead discovery, roadmap alignment, product definition, commercial framing, design-win strategy, and escalations
  • Partner with sales and field teams to build pipelines, segment target accounts, improve win rates, and convert engagements into design wins and production revenue
  • Own KPIs covering roadmap execution, launch readiness, design wins, pipeline, ecosystem readiness, adoption, gross margin, forecast accuracy, revenue growth, and ROI
  • Assess competition, technology shifts, market inflections, and build/buy/partner choices; adjust roadmaps
  • Communicate platform narratives to executives, customers, partners, field teams, and engineering organizations
  • Perform activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
