About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery
  • Serve as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for enabling new technologies and technology transfers
  • Analyze data and monitor programs for adherence to contract scope, cost, schedule, and technical specifications
  • Drive project team members and contributors to meet critical milestones and customer commitments
  • Document, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Proactively identify program risks and define mitigation actions
  • Track and report progress to key stakeholders, including external customers
  • Perform activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
  • Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management
  • Highly reliable and execution-focused, with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items, commitments, and details
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confidence leading calls with executives, technical experts, vendors, and customers
  • Detail-oriented ability to identify gaps in planning and execution
  • Resourceful approach to solving non-routine issues
  • Personal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to distill complex issues and information into simple narratives
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
  • PhD in technical field is preferred
  • Experience delivering high-profile, complex technical projects against tight deadlines is preferred
  • Experience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring peers is preferred
