About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to customers and align GlobalFoundries technology offerings with targeted application and market needs
- Engage with customers to understand technical needs for semiconductor IC product development
- Learn GlobalFoundries technology offerings by engaging with internal experts and exploring key features and differentiators
- Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, product marketing, and technical experts to create application-specific technical presentations and proposals
- Support customers through technical evaluations, design-in activities, and tapeout processes with GF subject matter experts
- Develop customer-facing technical documentation demonstrating how GF technologies address application and market challenges
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting design-win conversion, tapeout readiness, or customer adoption
- Perform activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduating with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Science or related field from an accredited degree program
- Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and proven good academic standing
- English language fluency, written and verbal
- Santa Clara, CA preferred or Austin, TX
- Prior related internship or co-op experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies preferred
- Project management skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills preferred
- Coursework in Circuit Design, Semiconductor Device Physics, or Materials Science preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, EDA software, and Linux operating systems preferred
