  • Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex, novel, and non-recurring engineering problems.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.
  • Contribute as a recognized technical expert within a specialized discipline and provide guidance on critical engineering decisions.
  • Execute and support projects ranging from focused technical initiatives to key workstreams within larger programs.
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve technical and business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant industry experience with a BS degree; OR 2-4 years of relevant industry experience with an MS degree; OR 1-2 years of relevant industry experience with a PhD.
  • Demonstrated expertise within a specialized technical discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Experience working in project teams and collaborating across functions.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated record of technical innovation resulting in process, methodology, or technology improvements.
  • Preferred: Patent authorship, invention disclosures, or other contributions to intellectual property development.
  • Preferred: Technical publications in peer-reviewed journals or presentations at industry conferences.
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with suppliers, research organizations, or industry consortia.
  • Preferred: Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and influence project direction.
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring junior engineers and developing technical talent.
