About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features addressing customer needs
- Improve workflows and enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with engineers, cross-functional teams, and customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities to improve application capabilities
- Apply testing, debugging, and performance-analysis techniques to improve software reliability, performance, usability, and compatibility
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Contribute improvements to code quality and team practices
- Support customer onboarding and troubleshooting
- Perform activities safely and responsibly
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program
- Overall GPA of at least 3.0
- Proven good academic standing
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Preferred: prior related internship or co-op experience
- Preferred: demonstrated prior leadership experience
- Preferred: strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
- Preferred: project management skills
- Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: strong planning and organizational skills
- Preferred: strong programming fundamentals and hands-on software-development experience through coursework, internships, personal projects, open-source contributions, research, or early professional work
- Preferred: interest in developer tools, application frameworks, desktop or web applications, data visualization, computer architecture, RISC-V, simulation, performance tuning, or low-level software systems
