About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and win new enterprise brand accounts across Germany and Europe from first outreach through signed contract
- Build and own relationships with Heads of Brand, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and senior marketing leaders
- Navigate buying processes involving marketing, retail operations, and procurement
- Scope complex signage projects and brief the internal delivery team
- Lead tenders, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and framework agreements
- Grow accounts through repeat orders, upsell, and multi-location rollouts
- Represent the company at selected trade fairs and industry events such as EuroShop
- Sell premium custom signage to enterprise brands across retail, luxury, automotive, hospitality, and technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of new business or key account experience selling complex physical projects to enterprise brands
- Hands-on procurement experience, including tenders, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and framework agreements
- Native-level German and professional English
- Based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office on a hybrid basis
- Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and engaging senior decision-makers
- Ability to manage a pipeline with discipline and progress complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to conduct commercial negotiations while building relationships that lead to repeat business
- English version of CV required
- German language fluency required
