About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate car transports end to end, from pickup to delivery, across dealers, compounds, drivers and carriers
Track active transports and resolve delays and issues
Take customer calls in English and Portuguese and keep customers updated
Keep carriers, customers and partners aligned for smooth handovers
Keep order and transport data accurate and up to date
Deliver a premium, reliable customer experience
Provide ad hoc support to the wider operations team
Work closely with an experienced Operations Coordinator

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent spoken and written English plus fluency in Portuguese
Based in Africa or Europe, within 2 hours of CET
Available to work CET hours split between morning and afternoon
Confident on the phone and comfortable spending much of the day on calls
Organised multitasker with strong attention to detail who stays calm under pressure
Proactive and hands-on
High energy and hardworking, at home in a fast-paced startup
Eager to take on more responsibility as the company grows
English version of CV required
Nice to have: background in customer support or sales
Nice to have: experience in hands-on coordination roles such as travel and booking, admin, or client relations
