About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents appointed with various Globe Life companies to enable product sales authorization
  • Maintain accurate agent records across Mainframe, SOAR, CELS, OnBase, and government portals
  • Collect, evaluate, and verify licensing data from multiple sources
  • Update records with urgency and attention to detail
  • Ensure accurate setup of agent hierarchy and licensing information to support commission payments
  • Secure and process sensitive agent information in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Review appointment requests and ensure agents meet licensing and company criteria
  • Process appointments, terminations, demographic changes, and biographical updates
  • Monitor the shared inbox and respond to agent, internal department, and regulatory agency inquiries
  • Communicate with state Departments of Insurance and vendors on behalf of the company
  • Escalate workflow, system discrepancy, and agent concerns to supervisors
  • Respond to agent questions via phone and email, providing guidance and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 0–1 year of relevant administrative or office experience required
  • Experience in insurance or licensing is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of administrative or data entry tasks
  • Ability to learn compliance-driven processes through training
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and handling documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures for handling sensitive information
  • Willingness and ability to learn multiple systems, including internal platforms and external government portals
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond professionally
  • Dependable, organized, and able to stay focused during repetitive or routine work
  • Receptive to feedback and direction from supervisors and team leads
  • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
  • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
