About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain direct contact with policyholders, customers and PR field representatives by telephone, e-mail, fax, and written correspondence
  • Perform clerical duties within the department, including telephone and e-mail communication
  • Issue and administer AD&D and Group Life policies accurately
  • Review and evaluate PR-related reports
  • Provide timely, quality customer service
  • Perform other duties as required by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent thereof
  • Basic understanding of PR accounting, various PR functions and how they interrelate within the department and the company
  • Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and required software packages
  • Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication with proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation
  • Ability to exercise some judgmental decisions independently
  • Ability to meet department deadlines
