About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and prepare technical and creative assessments of drama series projects for curation and development
- Participate in pitches to evaluate, receive, and direct new projects
- Analyze synopses, treatments, beat sheets, and scripts, assessing narrative, creative, and production feasibility aspects
- Track projects through different stages of the audiovisual production pipeline, from development through final delivery
- Validate and monitor development, production, and post-production schedules
- Review and analyze raw footage, rough cuts, offlines, and episodes in the finalization stage
- Prepare assessments of content in post-production, ensuring editorial and technical alignment
- Liaise with production companies, screenwriters, directors, and creators to track project progress
- Present projects and development status updates to internal teams
- Track launch campaigns and marketing initiatives related to the series
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Participate in alignment meetings with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Audiovisual Production, Radio and Television, or a related field
- Experience analyzing, developing, or writing drama scripts
- Knowledge of the audiovisual production pipeline, including content development, production, post-production, finalization, and exhibition
- Experience in the Brazilian audiovisual market, preferably with production companies, channels, streaming platforms, or distributors
- Excellent critical reading, content analysis, and assessment-writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-demand environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with different departments and partners
- Organization, sound judgment, and attention to detail
- Advanced English is a plus
- Experience with drama, fiction series, and content development for streaming platforms
- In-depth knowledge of the curation, development, production, and finalization stages of audiovisual content
- Experience with the technical and creative analysis of scripts, synopses, and beat sheets
- Knowledge of post-production, finalization processes, and content delivery
- Familiarity with the independent production company market and the Brazilian audiovisual ecosystem
- Knowledge of tools for creating executive presentations
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content analysis, organization, and development
- Analytical, communicative, collaborative, and adaptable profile suited to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
