About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the strategic management of the function by tracking KPIs, targets, projects, and action plans
- Map, review, and optimize HR processes with a focus on operational efficiency
- Develop and implement automations using Microsoft 365 tools and AI capabilities
- Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making
- Work with databases and generate business insights
- Prepare executive presentations and management materials
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and work squads
- Provide direct support to leadership in advancing HR Operations processes and KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with process mapping and improvement
- Advanced knowledge of automation and Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience working with databases
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset
- PMO experience is a plus
- UX knowledge is a plus
- Participation in digital transformation projects is a plus
- Track record of implementing automation or AI solutions in corporate environments is a plus
- Experience managing internal clients or products is a plus
- Ability to present practical case studies of implemented projects is a plus
