Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading process improvement or operations projects within Design, Product, or Technology teams
  • Knowledge of and experience applying Design and UX Research methods
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration among different departments and stakeholders
  • Experience creating and maintaining processes, frameworks, and best practices
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing contexts and priorities
  • Active participation in the Design and UX community
  • Previous experience working in DesignOps within organizations with structured Design, Product, or Technology teams
  • Previous career experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UX Researcher, or in a related role
  • Experience standardizing processes and frameworks for Design teams
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence to support Design processes and increase productivity
  • Knowledge of People Analytics
  • Experience with employee experience initiatives
