About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce content for different platforms and formats, including articles, videos, and social media content
- Conduct research, interviews, reporting, writing, video logging, and visual asset selection
- Support the identification of story ideas and opportunities based on programming, trends, the editorial calendar, current events, and audience behavior
- Participate in the team’s ideation processes by bringing references, trends, and suggestions for story ideas and formats
- Record scripts produced by the team and write scripts for video content, including short-form formats adapted for social media
- Adapt content and story ideas for different platforms, taking into account the language and consumption habits specific to each environment
- Support the execution of special projects and initiatives through research, gathering references, content production, and delivery organization
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content and story ideas in different formats
- Support the integration of TV and digital, turning programming opportunities into relevant content for digital platforms
- Work collaboratively with different teams and professionals involved in content production and distribution
- Track schedules, plans, and deliverables, contributing to the organization of editorial operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience producing digital content, including internships, professional experience, or relevant projects
- Strong writing skills, research and reporting abilities, and attention to editorial quality
- Familiarity with social media, trends, digital language, and formats
- Experience editing short-form videos and the ability to record videos that illustrate articles, adapting content for different languages and platforms
- Strong organizational skills for managing requests, deadlines, and multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Curiosity and interest in developing a content perspective beyond producing articles for websites
- Experience with video production, scripting, or editing
- Participation in special projects, coverage, events, or proprietary formats
- Experience producing content for more than one platform
- Experience with filming or audiovisual productions
- Experience creating entertainment, food, lifestyle, or pop culture content
- Knowledge of SEO, content metrics, and performance
- Familiarity with publishing, editing, planning, or multiplatform content analytics tools
- Experience working with talent, public relations agencies, partners, or different teams involved in a production
