About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Account Supervisor to support day-to-day management and execution of partnership programs
  • Own the ticketing process, including ticket allocation, approvals, fulfillment, and tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ticket-related needs and inquiries
  • Support management and activation of partnership assets across a global sponsorship portfolio
  • Maintain detailed timelines, status trackers, activation trackers, reports, recaps, and account administration tools
  • Support day-to-day client and partner relationships
  • Prepare materials, track action items, and ensure follow-through across programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, rights holders, and vendors
  • Manage logistics for smaller-scale events, including business meetings, stadium tours, and speaking engagements
  • Support larger hospitality events onsite as needed
