Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead delivery of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s global events and hospitality portfolio
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HPE
  • Provide end-to-end ownership of complex, high-visibility programs
  • Guide initiatives from strategy and planning through execution
  • Ensure experiences align with HPE’s business objectives and operational excellence standards
  • Drive program success and cultivate team growth
  • Mentor direct reports and lead cross-functional teams
  • Partner with GMR subject matter experts to champion internal alignment, innovation, and collaboration
  • Direct strategic planning and execution of global hospitality programs
  • Manage itineraries, accommodations, international transport, ticketing, accreditation, vendors, contracts, and quality assurance
  • Oversee guest registration, VIP communications, food and beverage operations, cultural itineraries, gifting, and onsite staffing
  • Manage multi-currency budgets, SOWs, invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Lead senior-client status meetings and executive presentations
  • Develop and coach a high-performing account team
  • Orchestrate creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations SME groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in B2B corporate hospitality and global event management
  • Experience directing global hospitality programs and managing end-to-end logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, international transport, ticketing, and accreditation
  • Experience cultivating and managing global vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, and enforcing quality-assurance benchmarks
  • Experience overseeing guest registration, VIP communications, food and beverage operations, curated cultural itineraries, customized gifting programs, and onsite staffing
  • Experience managing complex, multi-currency program budgets, Statements of Work, invoicing, tracking, and final reconciliation
  • Experience serving as a primary partner for senior-level clients, leading status meetings, and delivering executive presentations
  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and ability to advise, manage, and retain high-value clients
  • Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to foster team culture, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional growth
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented leadership in fast-paced, fluid environments
  • Ability to rapidly master complex new systems
  • Deep mastery of client brand ecosystems, sponsorship integrations, and emerging VIP hospitality trends
  • Ability to implement standardized, scalable execution frameworks using advanced project plans, detailed timelines, and structured administrative tracking
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, partner agencies, and subject matter experts
  • Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days
