About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement training plans for accounts within ANZ territories
- Provide Audiological, Product, and Technical remote support to customers
- Identify revenue opportunities through customer audiology enquiries
- Apply clinical and product knowledge to provide audiological support, technical support, and problem solving
- Provide product, sales, and audiology training
- Provide remote technical support for hearing aid fittings, connectivity, and fitting software
- Manage calendars to ensure online training availability across Australian and New Zealand territories and time zones
- Monitor the external market and competitive products and technologies
- Present and speak at online group sessions, events, and seminars
- Assist the Customer Care and Technical Support teams in providing technical support services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist
- Industry and clinical experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Confidence presenting remotely to large groups of people
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- New Zealand work rights
- Experience with GN products highly regarded
