About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with coordinating day-to-day project activities
- Keep project schedules, files, and information organized
- Follow up with team members, clients, and vendors regarding outstanding items
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and project activities
- Track deadlines, tasks, and project updates
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and project updates
- Communicate with team members and clients by email, phone, and video meetings
- Help identify issues or delays and bring them to the appropriate team member’s attention
- Support the project manager with administrative and coordination tasks
- Help make sure projects stay organized and on schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and basic office software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable following up with people and keeping tasks moving
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- Previous project coordination, administrative, office, operations, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Organized, dependable, communicates well, and willing to learn
