  • Identify and secure anchor partners
  • Structure deals involving co-development, data exchange, or deep-link integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or related roles
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in Thailand
  • Strong understanding of Thai business culture and partner ecosystem
  • Comfortable working in close partnership with Product/Tech teams
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and commercially driven
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience selling digital products, marketing solutions, or enterprise services is a plus
  • Ability to identify how product features create business advantages
  • Ability to craft win-win commercial terms for complex partnerships
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across Legal, Product, and Sales
  • Confidence pitching to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, quotas, and revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from the business perspective
