About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze dealer funding, approval, and submission trends to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
  • Monitor dealer performance, market share, funded volume, active dealer counts, and penetration metrics
  • Develop outreach strategies to increase funded volume and dealer penetration
  • Provide performance updates and recommendations to Lending and management teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned dealerships
  • Conduct dealer visits, calls, virtual meetings, training, and business-goal alignment
  • Maintain dealer contact information in the CRM system
  • Promote Golden 1 lending programs, products, and pricing
  • Partner with Operations to support efficient loan approval and funding
  • Bridge dealerships with Lending, Product, Operations, Home Loans, Consumer Deposits, and Business Services teams
  • Provide feedback on process efficiency, dealer satisfaction, and program enhancements
  • Support preferred dealer network identification, development, and management
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor programs, and regulatory updates
  • Assist with dealer events, recognition programs, tournaments, and joint promotions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including BSA, AML, and fair lending requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely dealer records, agreements, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent work experience substituted for the degree requirement
  • 5+ years performing similar jobs in a financial institution
  • Ability to analyze funding, approval, and submission trends by dealer
  • Experience leveraging internal reporting tools and external sources such as AutoCount and CUDL
  • Ability to monitor funded volume, active dealer counts, penetration metrics, and market share
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealership owners, general managers, finance managers, and lending contacts
  • Ability to conduct on-site visits, calls, and virtual meetings
  • CRM data management experience
  • Knowledge of indirect lending, local market conditions, competitor programs, and regulatory updates
  • Understanding of BSA, AML, and fair lending requirements
  • Ability to maintain accurate dealer records, agreements, and documentation
