About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
- Train, coach, and develop RBTs
- Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Own the clinical direction and quality of care for assigned clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- State licensure, where required
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
- Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Productivity expectation of 25 billable hours per week
- Ability to manage an approximate caseload of 6–10 clients
